About Carmen's Cravings

Carmen's Cravings Curbside Cuisine is the inspired vision of our owner, Carmen, to continue one of her Mother's ways of communicating to her family and friends, how much she cared and loved them. Like her Mother, Carel Grant, Carmen absolutely loves to cook, sing, and dance. It's in her DNA. Carmen has resided in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area for 30 years now. After her Mother's passing, she felt it was her turn to share that family love through food, but take it to the next level and share it on a larger scale, so that people will understand that love is the key to all of Carmen's tasty cuisines. Carmen wanted to specifically share her Tampa, Florida historic hometown favorites.

Meet Carmen: "the Singing Chef"

Carmen Craven is the owner/operator and "singing chef" as she is called by loved ones. She is talented both in the kitchen and on the stage, Here you get to taste the wonderful creations that she creates. Each item on the menu is made by Carmen with love and the Dirty South Flavas she brings with her from her Tampa, Fl. upbringing. She truly loves to cook and see the satisfaction of her fellow Cravers.
